Thankful is a mobile application designed to help users build a daily gratitude journaling habit with faith-based guidance. The App offers both free and premium subscription features.

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App
• If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent
• By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements

You agree to use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to access features or content without proper authorization
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or its content
• Use the AI features to generate harmful, abusive, or misleading content

4.1 Free Features

The App offers core features at no cost, including gratitude entry writing, grapevine growth visualization, calendar heatmap, streak tracking, and daily Bible verses.

4.2 Premium Subscription

• Premium features are available via period-based subscriptions (weekly, monthly, annual, and more) or a one-time lifetime purchase; pricing follows the amounts shown at checkout
• Premium includes AI faith mentoring, personalized Bible verses, pattern analysis, achievement badges, and more

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies
• We do not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds outside of the app stores

• AI mentoring, coaching suggestions, and personalized Bible verse recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence
• AI responses are suggestions only and should not be treated as professional counseling, therapy, or theological authority
• AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate; use your own judgment
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• For mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional

• The App, its design, code, graphics, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Thankful and protected by intellectual property laws
• Bible verses included in the App are from publicly available translations
• You retain full ownership of your gratitude entries and personal content

"Sharing" is an optional feature that shows gratitude entries, photo cards, and comments to other users, but only when you turn sharing on.

• Sharing is off by default. Only posts you turn on are visible to other users, and we ask you to confirm the first time you share
• When you turn sharing on, you grant Thankful a free, worldwide license to display that post (text, photo, card and decorations, original language and translations, country indicator) to other users within the App, and to translate, review, and store it as needed for that purpose. You keep ownership of your post
• You can turn sharing off or delete a post at any time, and it is removed from Sharing immediately. Only copies needed to handle reports or meet legal obligations may be kept for the period allowed by applicable law
• You must have the rights to what you share. If a post includes another person's face, personal information, or work, you are responsible for obtaining that person's consent
• The following are prohibited in posts and comments: harassment, hate, or defamation of others; sexual or violent content; advertising or spam; exposing others' personal information; content that violates applicable law
• Thankful may hide or remove posts and comments that are reported or that we find to violate these Terms, without prior notice, and may restrict Sharing for repeat violations. Automatic filters and automatic hiding after repeated reports apply
• Other users' posts are provided for viewing within the App only. Copying, collecting, or redistributing them is prohibited
• You can report posts and comments and block a user so their posts are no longer shown to you. Contact: support@thankfuldaily.app

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information. Key points:

• Journal data is stored on your device and also on our servers, linked to an anonymous identifier, for backup, recovery, and syncing between devices
• No account or login is required
• AI features process your text, and the results (automatic tags, coaching notes) are stored as part of your entries

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not responsible for data loss resulting from device failure, app deletion, or operating system updates

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thankful from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

• You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms
• Upon termination, your locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, we will provide notice through in-app notifications. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
