How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your device’s Settings > your Apple ID or Google account > Subscriptions > Thankful > Cancel. Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Visit their support pages to request a refund for your subscription purchase.
I lost my data after reinstalling the app. Can I recover it?
Thankful stores all data locally on your device. If you uninstall the app without backing up, the data cannot be recovered. We recommend using the backup feature in Settings regularly.
How do I delete all my data?
Go to Settings > Reset All Data within the app. This permanently deletes all entries, settings, and progress from your device.
Does the AI store my journal entries?
No. When you use AI features, your text is processed temporarily to generate a response. It is not stored by our AI provider (Anthropic) after the session ends.
What languages are supported?
Thankful is fully translated in Korean, English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Indonesian — including AI mentoring responses.
How do I request my data under GDPR?
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you already have full access. You can view, edit, or delete any entry at any time. For further GDPR requests, email support@thankfuldaily.app.
